Donald Ray Shifflett Sr, 83, of Middleburg, FL passed away on April 8, 2023.  He was born on November 20, 1939 in Baltimore, MD to the late Ollie Mitchell and June Lorraine (Counts) Shifflett.

Donald and his wife, Gloria Jean (McFaul) Shifflett, were married for 62 years. He retired from General Motors in Baltimore, MD and loved country music. Donald, the "Entertainer" also known as Poppie, will be known for his wit and storytelling. He was preceded in death by his son, Donald Ray Shifflett Jr.

Donald is survived by his wife, Gloria Shifflett; daughter, Donna J. Humfleet and son, Michael A. Shifflett; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
