William Bird Norris, III, 81, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023. 

He was born to parents, William Bird Norris, JR., and Anna Marguerite (Able) Norris on December 10, 1941 in Baltimore, MD. He graduated from the University of Baltimore. 

Survivors include his wife, Donna V. Norris; son, William Bird Norris IV; daughter, Amy Noel Norris; grandchildren, William Scott Burdette, Donnanne Noel Burdette, and Jenna Sue Norris. 

A memorial service will be on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Moosehaven Chapel in Orange Park, FL. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Moose Charities.
