Our sweet mother Wanda Lee Brogan, 68, of Middleburg, FL, also known as Iyah to her grandchildren, passed away on March 31, 2026. She was born to Ruthine West and Wilburn Kilpatrick on December 28, 1957, in Asheville, NC.

Wanda was of the Baptist faith and loved being with family, gardening, cooking, dancing, and going to the beach. She will be remembered for her spunkiness, unconditional love, everlasting support, and her incredible work ethic.

Wanda worked for many years in the front office of Gustafson’s Dairy. She then moved to West Virginia and worked for many years at REM Community Options before retiring.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings. She is survived by her four children, Beth LaRue (Louie), Sarina Warren (Matt), Mitchell Saam (Jan) and Kevin Saam (Misty); her husband, Bill Brogan; stepchildren, Sarah, Billy, Jessica, and Danielle; fourteen grandchildren, Toni, Kier, Brienna, Dalton, Lucas, Liam, Alexis, Bradley, Arianna, Tyler, Ashley, Lane, Blake and Hunter; thirteen great-grandchildren, Olivia, Sophia, Amilia, Dawson, Weston, Aubree, Rhett, Kaysen, Ophelia, Violet, Rylie, Everleigh and Zion.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday, April 9, 2026, in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Jeth Looney officiating.
