Vickie Renee Moore, 49, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away July 15, 2017.  She was born on December 1, 1967 in Richmond, VA to parents Robert L. and Barbara (Aliff) Rock, Sr.  Vickie was a lifelong resident of Clay County and a member of Congregational Holiness Church which she just loved.  She was a good wife who loved her grandkids and she was a character who loved to laugh and eat ice constantly!  Vickie was preceded in death by her mother and one sister, Debbie Novella Koonce. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, William C. Moore, Sr.; son, William C. Moore, Jr.; daughters, Amber Marie McElroy and Nikki Lynn Thiel (Mike); brother, Robert L. Rock, Jr. (Amanda); sisters, Brandy Rock, Connie Jackson (Richard), Patricia Stanford (James) and 6 grandchildren, Isabella, Jeremiah, Elizabeth, Mercedes, Nevaeh and Malachi. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Congregational Holiness Church.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Congregational Holiness Church with Reverend Ronnie Surrency officiating.  Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
