Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th from 6-8pm in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services will follow the next day, Friday, December 12th, at the Historical Black Creek Methodist Church. 3925 Main Street, Middleburg, FL 32068. Burial will take place following services, at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, Orange Park, FL.
