Terry L. Porter, 80, of Green Cove Springs, FL, peacefully passed away on April 26, 2024.

Terry is survived by his wife, Lois Porter; daughter, Stacie Upchurch (Gary); son, Graham Porter (Jessica) and 9 grandchildren, Breanne Borko (Matthias), James Upchurch, Emilie Upchurch, Abigail Porter, Logan Porter, Annabell Porter, Luke Porter, Arya Porter, Lincoln Porter. Terry also is survived by his brothers, Tommy Porter, Ken Frazier, and Keith Frazier and his sister, Gail Gitz. He is preceded in death by his mother, Louise Frazier, and his Aunt, Irene Yancey.

Terry loved building things and working with his hands. Through his hobbies he built cars, an airplane, and helped build his own home. Family and friends remember him by his mustached smile and his unique sense of humor. He would drop everything to help someone and loved connecting with people. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Gary Upchurch (son in-law) and Pastor Todd Jones officiating with burial to follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park. A visitation will be held before the service starting at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Hospice, an organization that helped support them in Terry’s last days.
