Steve Ramey, 55, of Middleburg, FL passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017. He was born on August 5, 1961 in Jacksonville, FL to parents William Clarence Ramey and Wilma Mosley Welbourne. Steve was a lifelong resident of the area and loved Black Creek. He enjoyed motorcycles, boats, hanging out on Redneck Beach and was best known as “Hell Dog”. Steve loved his family and will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew him. Steve was preceded in death by his father and survived by his mother, Wilma Welbourne; son, Chance Ramey; daughter, Logan Ingram and husband, Devan Sr.; brothers, Randy Johns and Kenny Johns; aunt, Kathy Mosley Huntley; grandchildren, Imani Ingram, Iniah Ingram and Devan Ingram, Jr. and longtime pal, Tonya Hoover Green. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Padgett Cemetery in Middleburg, FL 32068.
