Shirley Hatcher Knight of Middleburg, FL passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020. Born to Avnor and Katherine Hatcher, she was retired and married to William Knight. She loved Black Pond Baptist Church, enjoyed yard selling and adored her family. She will be remembered for her kind and giving heart of gold.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, sister Anne Jeffers, her first husband, John William Prevatt and granddaughter Elizabeth Hope Ankeny. Survived by her two daughters, Brandy (Mark) Congram of Orange Park, Cindy (Tony) Monk of Middleburg, grandchildren, Katelyn Prevatt, Zachary Prevatt, Kyle Prevatt, Chase Spivey, Joshua Adams; her sisters Alma, Alice, Susan, Joyce, Diane, Sherry, Cheryl and her brothers Avnor, Robert, Randy and Marshall Hatcher.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, on Friday, July 24, 2020 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with funeral services starting at 11:00 am with Rev. Charlie Hunt officiating.  Interment will follow in Peoria Cemetery.
