Shannon DeeAnne Sutherland Smyth, 31, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on April 14, 2017. She was born on May 26, 1985 in Orange Park, FL to parents John and Lisa (Edenfield) Sutherland.  Shannon was a lifelong resident of Clay County and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.  She was a loving and devoted mother that was full of life and never met a stranger.  Shannon will be remembered for her sweet personality, giving and kind nature and her smile. She very much enjoyed “back road riding”. Shannon is survived by her parents, John and Lisa Sutherland; sons, Cameron James Smyth and Jonathan Michael Smyth; daughter, Macy Joan Smyth; sister, Jessica Sutherland; grandmothers, Mary “Nana” Carter and Lois Yates; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends in the Broadus-Raines Chapel at 5:00pm, Thursday, April 20, 2017 and funeral services will start at 6:00pm with Pastor Leon Edenfield and Pastor Marc Swarthout officiating.
