Sara Evelyn (Edmondson) Sullivan, 89, found herself in the arms of Jesus April 18, 2023. She was born to Ralph and Clara Edmondson of Jacksonville, Florida, September 12, 1933. A homemaker for most of her married life, Sara was a member of First Baptist Church of Middleburg, after many years at First Black Creek Baptist Church in Penny Farms, Florida. Mother to three children; Lynne (Paul) Sternett, Jerry (Brenda) Sullivan and Karen (Howard) Hill, Sara was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Perry Sullivan, and one grandson, Geoffrey 'Chip' Sternett. She is survived by her three children, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren (and numerous step- grand and step great grandchildren she considered her own) .

Friends will be received at First Black Creek Baptist Church, 3904 SR 16, Penney Farms, FL on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. with services to follow at 11:00 A.M. and graveside service immediately following.
