Rosemary "Rose" Fern Hurley

Rosemary "Rose" Fern Hurley, Green Cove Springs, FL at age of 63 passed away September 26, 2021. Born to Byron and Anita LaLone on July 10, 1958 in Albany, NY. She graduated in 1976 from South Jefferson Central School in New York. She worked at Sambo's in St. Augustine, where she met her late husband Richard S. Hurley III. They married in 1982. Afterwards she worked at VAW.

Rose's hobbies were spending time with family and friends, watching her grand babies. Rose will be remembered for being one of the strongest women we know, along with her bright personality and love for life.

Rosemary is proceeded in death by her mother and father, Bryon and Anita LaLone; husband, Richard S. Hurley III; and son, Joseph "Joey" LaLone.

She is survived by daughter, Jessica Hurley; stepson, Christopher Hurley); son, Richard Hurley IV (Sarah Hurley); sister, Anita (Jerry Cobb); brothers, Bill LaLone and Barney LaLone (Vonne LaLone); and many grand babies, Kirsten, Hannah, Joseph, Savannah, and Natalie Hurley.

Memorial Services will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 2nd 2021 at Shiloh Baptist Church 1055 CR 226, Green Cove Springs FL 32043 with Rev. Marc Swarthout officiating.
