Ronald W. Braasch died peacefully at home on December 5, 2025, in Switzerland, FL. He was born in Moline, IL on April 29, 1933, to Harold L. Braasch and Frances Campbell.

Ronnie was the founder and owner of Ronnie’s Repair Shop.

He leaves behind his wife of 67 years, Harriet; three children, Ronald W. Braasch Jr (Donna), John Braasch (Dawn) and Jeanine Schultz (Billy, deceased); three grandchildren, Lt. Col Ronald W. Braasch US Army (Lt. Col Amanda Braasch USA Reserves), Danese Perkins (Jeremy USN Ret.) and Cynthia Campbell (Chris); eight great-grandchildren, Ronnie IV, Cannon and Flynn Braasch, Gabrielle and Charles Santisteban, Julianna Perkins, Novelyn and Willow Campbell; along with one brother, Harold F. Braasch.

Services will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, December 19, 2025, at San Juan del Rio Catholic Church with Celebrants Father Clay Ludwig and Father Peter Akin-Otiko officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to San Juan del Rio Catholic Church, 1718 State Road 13, Switzerland, FL 32259, or a charity of your choice.
