Rochelle Connie Christmas Velez, age 64, of Middleburg, Florida, passed away on December 17, 2025. She was born on March 22, 1961, at 2:02 a.m., to Lewis “Pop-Pop” Christmas and Dorothy “Dottie” Christmas.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Christmas, and her husband, Kenneth Velez.

Rochelle is survived by her four sons, Michael, Benjamin (Charity), Jesse, and Eric; her mother, Dorothy; her brothers, Nathan and Daniel; and her sister, Renee. Grandchildren Karleigh, Shelbi, and Trevor.

Rochelle will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit. She was always willing to help others and had a unique ability to talk to anyone as if she had known them forever. She found joy in reading romance novels and cherished riding her Harley whenever the weather allowed.

Her warmth, compassion, and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026 at 3:00pm in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. The family will receive guests starting one hour prior at 2:00pm.
