She was an exceptional singer with a beautiful contralto voice which landed her roles in productions such as, “Now Is The Time For All Good Men,” “The Producers,” and “1776.” One of her idols was singer-actress Jane Froman, and Regina’s singing style was very much influenced by her. Regina’s meticulous and organized approach to her work undoubtedly contributed to her successful career as a music contractor in the New York show business scene, and she had the privilege of working with countless entertainment celebrities.
Regina received an Antoinette Perry Award, commonly known as the Tony Award, for distinguished achievement in Broadway theatre.
Upon her retirement from show business in New York City, Regina returned to Palatka where she continued to enjoy music and theatre. She especially enjoyed the company of her friends and family with whom she shared many precious memories.
