In Loving Memory of Randall "Randy" English May 31, 1966 – July 11, 2026
With profound sadness and endless love, we announce the passing of Randall "Randy" English, who passed away suddenly on July 11, 2026. He was 60 years old.
Randy was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, cherished son, brother, uncle, and loyal friend. More than anything, he treasured the people he loved and made sure they knew it every day through his kindness, unwavering support, and generous heart.
Born on May 31, 1966, Randy was the beloved son of Kenneth and Patsy English. He graduated from Samuel W. Wolfson High School in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1984. Throughout his career, Randy worked as a general contractor in the cable and information technology industry, earning the respect of coworkers and clients alike for his strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to help others.
While Randy worked hard, his greatest joy was the life he built with his family. For 30 wonderful years, he shared an extraordinary love and partnership with his beloved wife, Heather M. Wiseman. Together they created a home filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories.
Randy found happiness in life's simple pleasures—spending time on the water with family and friends, sharing stories, enjoying the outdoors, and making every gathering feel special. His warm smile, quick wit, generous spirit, and ability to make everyone feel welcome will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He leaves behind a family who adored him: his loving wife, Heather M. Wiseman; his adoring parents, Kenneth & Patsy English; his brother, Rodney English (Sandy); his children, Anthony ("AJ") Wiseman (Lindsey), Kelli Brown (Weston Sr.), Austin D. Wiseman (Kristin), Carter McCall English (Kiara); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Victoria, and Weston Jr., Barrett & Parker. He also leaves behind beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and lifelong friends whose lives were forever touched by his love and friendship.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Randy's love, strength, and gentle spirit will live on in the lives of those he loved so deeply. His legacy is not measured by the years he lived, but by the countless lives he enriched through his compassion, generosity, and unwavering devotion to his family.
Randy will be missed beyond words, loved beyond measure, and remembered always.
Those we love don't go away. They walk beside us every day—unseen, unheard.
