Pastor Kenneth Lee Hipsley, 61, of Green Cove Springs/Fleming Island, Florida passed away March 1, 2021.  He was born to Kenneth P. Hipsley and Darlene A. Hipsley in Dearborn, MI.

He graduated from Liberty College (now, Liberty University) and worked at Thomas Road Baptist Church, Open Door Baptist Church, Westside Baptist Church, Hunter Hills Baptist Church/Life Community Church, Northside Baptist Church, and Hibernia Baptist Church.

His hobbies/past-times include Preaching God’s Word, telling others about Jesus, and directing the events and programs during his 44 years as a children’s pastor.
He will be remembered for his famous “Heeelllllllooooo” greeting, his wholehearted love of Jesus and the kids he served, making others laugh, and the goofy hats and fun ties he wore.

Survived by: wife, Sharon T. Hipsley; Kenneth P. and Darlene A. Hipsley (parents), Keith and Kelly Hipsley (brother and sister-in-law), Sharon T. Hipsley (wife), Tiffany and Johnny Ables (oldest daughter and son-in-law) with Esther Ables (granddaughter), Christina Hipsley (second born daughter), Allison Hipsley (third born daughter) and Crystal Hipsley (youngest daughter).
