Marlene "Bart" Christian went home to be with the lord on April 22, 2021.

Born on  July 15 , 1941 in Belmore, Florida to H.E. & Doris Moody then later moved to Green Cove Springs.  She drove a school bus with her sisters and sister in-laws for Clay County Schools.  She later went to work as an instructor at Orange Park Beauty Academy where she retired.

She loved working in her yard, her beloved cats and  traveling to Biloxi, MS with her dear friends and family.

Bart is survived by her daughter Penny Mays, nephew Dylan Moody, and many other family members and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents,  husband Homer "Bucky" Christian, and her siblings Farnest, Dwight, Lowell, Carolyn & Linda.

The family will have a graveside service at 11:00am, Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Penney Farms Retirement Cemetery with Pastor Joe Berry officiating.
