Lucinda Ann Swinehart-Baker

1951-2026

Cindy was born on Perrin AFB in Sherman, TX in 1951 and died in July in Middleburg, FL. She was raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL and graduated from Northeast High School in 1969. She went back to college and got a bachelor's degree and a master’s in education and taught special education at South Fork High School.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents and her sister, Cathy Frost.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Steven Baker, and her 3 fabulous children, Bonnie Holmes (Mark), Casie Maggio (AJ), Travis Fondren (Hollie) and grandchildren Sydney, Jorquera and Jason Holmes.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 10:00am at Clay Hill Church of God of Prophecy in Middleburg, FL.

She was cremated and her ashes will be buried on their property per her wishes.
