Lucille Edith Bay peacefully passed at age 69 on January 14, 2018. The daughter of Lucille Hackford Abernethy and Robert Williams, she was born in the Panama Canal Zone, Panama on April 13, 1948. She attended N.B. Forrest High School in Jacksonville, Florida. She lived her life raising her children and taking care of those in need. Lucille will be remembered and cherished by all for her kind and selfless nature and as a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her children, Anthony John Smith and Lucille Elizabeth Ingram, Sister Mary Bell, six wonderful grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. Lucille was preceded in death by her Mother, Father, and Loving Brother, Robert F. Williams Jr.  A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am in the Broadus-Raines Chapel on Friday, January 26, 2018.
