Lowell (Duke) Snyder (Pop Pop) passed away on August 4, 2026 at the age of 85 with his family by his side. He was born to Raymond and Catherine Snyder on August 7, 1940 in West Rockhill, PA and grew up in Ottsville, PA.

Lowell proudly served in the Navy from Oct. 1958 and was honorably retired Oct. 1978. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, cooking, singing and family get togethers.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and Pop Pop.

Lowell is survived by his wife of 62 wonderful years, Barbara Snyder, and their children Greg Snyder, Cindy Davis and her husband Alan, Jeff Snyder and his wife Kerrie. Along with four grandchildren Amber, Tyler (Brooklyn), Megan and Garrett and four great-grandchildren Samara, Avery, Riya and Collins. As well as a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on August 22, 2026 at 1:00PM at Advent Lutheran Church. 2156 Loch Rane Blvd. Orange Park, FL.

Memorial flowers may be delivered to the church on Saturday, August 22nd from 9:00AM – 12:00PM.
