Lieselotte Daniels Jost

Lieselotte Daniels Jost passed away on 1/13/2021. She was born on 9/12/24 in Hamburg, Germany to Karl and Elsa Klann Daniels. She moved to NYC in 1950 after marrying Bruno Jost. In 1971 they moved to Jacksonville, Fl where Lottie got a job with CHC Industries as office manager. She worked there until she retired. 

Lottie loved all animals. After Bruno passed away she spent her time birding, going to the zoo, to the beach and visiting Fl parks. St Augustine was her favorite city and she spent every weekend there with her girlfriends: Dottie, Eleanor, Sylvia and Shirley, touring the city. 

She was a kind and gracious lady and visitors never left her home without a delicious homemade gift. 

In her retirement years she lived at Penney Farms Community. There the residents take care of each other and she made many friends. With deep gratitude we thank the caretakers who watched over Lottie in her last years. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

We will miss you, Lottie.
