Kenneth Cover Koutz passed away peacefully in Orange Park FL, in the early afternoon hours of Tuesday March 1st 2022. In the presence of family and friends, he completed his life’s journey and stepped into the welcoming embrace of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Preceded in death by his father Herman, mother Madge, and sister Joan Carpenter, Ken is survived by his bride of 50 years, Arlene San Nicolas Koutz; his children—David Koutz, Vanessa Isenberg, and Kevin Koutz; his sister LuEllen and her husband Bill; and numerous loving family members across the United States. Ken was born in Maryland in 1947 and joined the US Navy in 1967, serving his country in the Vietnam conflict. Ken and Arlene married in San Diego in 1971, eventually raising their family in Florida—including eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, and countless friends and loved ones. Ken was an avid reader, a lifelong sports fan, and retired electronics engineer with the Lockheed Martin Corporation.
