Karen Rae Leasure, 74, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away January 6, 2018.  She was born on March 22, 1943 in Connellsville, PA to parents Charles and Velma (Watson) Hoover.  Mrs. Leasure worked for CSX and was a member of First Baptist Church of Orange Park.  She enjoyed making jewelry and will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Leasure; children, Robin Phillips (Tim), Kimberly Hurse (Tim), Dana Barton and Rickie Simmons (Doug); brother, Kevin Hoover; sister, Candice Black (Dennis); grandchildren, Tim, Amanda, Stephen, Rachel, Angela, Gabrielle, Kendal, Zachary, Danielle, Matthew and Jason and great-grandchildren, Gavin, Ava, Mason, Mackenzie and Jaxon.

A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Orange Park on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 1:00 pm, with Pastor Stanley Puckett officiating.
