Justin Adam Levine, 46, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on August 21, 2026. Born to Marvin and Gwendolyn Levine on March 14, 1980, in Indio, California.

He owned his own company, Cubicle Installation Services, from 2004 to 2020. He was married to Kristen Elizabeth Levine. He was affiliated with Lake Asbury Baptist Church. His hobbies were carpentry, sports, playing with his sons, aggravating his wife, and wrestling with his kids. He will be remembered as a loving husband, a great dad, fun to be with, playful, a hard-working man, loving son and brother.

He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Shirley Parker and Rita Levine.

He is survived by his wife, Kristen; sons, Jeremiah, Jason, Justin, and Tristen; mother, Gwendolyn; father, Marvin; brothers, Nick, Josh, and Andy and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.

A funeral service will be held at Lake Asbury Baptist Church on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 11:00am with Pastor James Younis officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00am.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the church memorial fund.
