Joan Marie Fialkowski, 80, of Middleburg, FL, passed away on October 22, 2017.  She was born on April 9, 1937 in Chicago, IL to the late George and Anna (Kelmer) Siversen.  Joan had been a resident of the area since 1993 coming from Virginia and was of the Catholic faith.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R, Fialkowski. Joan is survived by her son, Eric E. Fialkowski (Jackie); daughters, Gayle E. Winebrenner (Robert), Joyce E. Racicot (Paul) and Natalia E. Goff; brother, George M. Siversen; sister, Geraldine R. Norton; 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
