Jessica Kim Frazer

Jessica Kim Frazer, 48, of Fleming Island, Florida passed away on August 29, 2025. She was born to Paul and Joan Mooney on July 5, 1977, in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Jessica graduated from B.M.C. Durfee class of 1995. She was a proud military spouse, married to Michael Frazer. She enjoyed Disney parks, traveling, tending to her lilies and spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a daughter, mother, spouse and friend.

Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Madeleine, Michael and Barbara; and her father-in-Law, Ed.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; daughter, Samantha; parents, Paul and Joan; sister, Holly and husband Moses; brother, Paul Jr (PJ) and wife Jen; mother-in-law, Christine; brother-in-law, Edward and wife Tina; nieces and nephews, Tyler, Karyssa, Shea and his family, Zoey and her son Ezra, Trevor and Amya; along with too many friends to list. She was loved by everyone she came in contact with.

Memorial services will be held in Fall River, Massachusetts at a future date.
