Jeanette R. Putteet

Jeanette R Putteet, 85, of Middleburg, Florida went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Born to the late Knox and Catherine (Brent) Robinson on May 26,1940 in Casey County, Kentucky.

After Jeanette graduated school, she worked at Gavin Press in Danville Kentucky. Several years later she relocated to Orlando, Florida where she furthered her education at Florida Hospital School of Practical Nursing and graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

In her retirement years she moved back to Kentucky with her husband and enjoyed spending time with her family. Her hobby was doing crafts and being active in her local Baptist church.

In 2003 she relocated again to Florida with her family where she spent time enjoying her grandchildren and continued her love of crafts.

Along with her parents, Jeanette is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Donald C Putteet.

Jeanette is survived by her daughter Renee Scott (Tim); her granddaughters Morgan Henderson (Ross), and Madison Turner (John John); her great-grandsons Easton and Beckham, and her great-granddaughters Autumn and Sage.

The funeral service will be held at 11:30am on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Black Pond Baptist Church, located at 3644 Old Jennings Rd, Middleburg, Fl.

Immediately following the service all family and friends are invited to gather in the church social hall for a meal in remembrance of Jeanette.
