Janet Marie Wortham, 77, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026, in St. Augustine, Florida. Born on June 21, 1949, Janet recently celebrated her 77th birthday surrounded by love and cherished memories.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on July 10, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Stephen Family Life Center, located at 1508 W Kentucky St, Louisville, Kentucky, 40210. Friends and those who knew Janet are invited to gather and remember her life.
