James Christopher Watson, “JFW”, 67, of Georgetown, FL formerly of Moundsville, WV; died Friday, August 28 doing what he loved, with the love of his life.

He was born May 17, 1959 in Glen Dale, WV; the son of the late Jimmie George Watson and Tamara Mobley Watson. Jim was a veteran of the United States Navy and a jack of all trades. He was an avid Harley enthusiast and lived life to its fullest.

Jim was known for his presence and spirit. He never met a stranger. Once he considered you a friend, you had a friend for life. Jimmy was the life of the party, larger than life and full of life. His laugh was infectious and his smile could brighten even the worst day. He was full of charisma and was known for being wild and free. But beneath that larger-than-life personality was a heart filled with love, especially for his wife, his daughters, and his grandchildren. The love he had for his family ran deep, and he never missed an opportunity to tell them how proud he was of each of them.

Jim leaves behind not only the memories of a life well lived, but also the love, laughter, and countless stories that will continue to live on in all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife and soulmate, Camilla Watson, daughter Randi (Eric) Kestner of Moundsville, WV; daughter Morgan (Loraine) Watson of Hampton, VA; stepson Kyle (Haley) Bentley of Marshall, MI; stepson Austin Koepfer of Middleburg, FL; one granddaughter Justice (Sean) Caldwell; nine grandsons Jayden (Olivia) Watson, Hayden Kestner, Isaac Kestner, Jacob Kestner, Ian Bentley, Eli Bentley, Aiden, Anthony and Steven ; one great grandson Cooper Caldwell; sister Debra Jane Watson of Panama City Beach, FL; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and many, many friends.

Services will be held Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 10am-12pm at RCC Church 5900 US-17 Fleming Island, FL 32003
