Arnold is preceded in death by his wife of thirty-one years, Sally Doyle, father Nelson Doyle, mother Vera Poe, stepfather Leslie Poe, brother Joe Doyle and granddaughters Amanda and Denise Jimmison. Survived by sons Jim Doyle (Nadine), John Doyle, David Norman (Michele), Travis Norman (Karen) and eight grandchildren and daughter Rebecca Green.

I don’t have the words that say just how much Arnold will be missed by his family and countless friends.

All that knew Arnold knew about the recent loss of the love of his life, Sally his wife, it was more than his heart could bare, he lost Sally just 10 days prior to his passing. They both suffered months of cancer.

Arnold had a lifelong passion for hunting and fishing, he dearly loved to watch his grandson Nathon play football. Arnold and Sally traveled distances just to see Nathon’s games. He looked forward to his daily beer with buddies under the boat shed shooting the bull. Arnold was a hardworking man, he retired from the maintenance department of Green Cove Springs. Then it was family, friends, hunting, hound dogs and fishing. He also enjoyed helping his buddy Radio so very much with his catering business.

So, for now it’s not goodbye, but see you all later. Arnold, enjoy life in Heaven hand in hand with Sally watching your granddaughters in solid health and beauty. Denise, dance for Papa baby, dance.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at the Broadus-Raines Chapel at 1:00PM. Family will receive guests one hour prior starting at 12:00PM. Burial with military honors will follow at Peoria Cemetery.
