James Henson Biggs, Jr., 74, of Orange Park, FL passed away on September 10, 2017. He was born on October 21, 1942 in Savannah, GA to the late James Sr. and Annie (Clark) Biggs. James was a member of First Baptist Church in Orange Park, FL and was also retired from CSX. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Grace T. Biggs; sons, James H. Biggs, III and Clinton S. Biggs (Brittany); sisters, Lane Biggs Kennedy (Elwin) and Pam Biggs Dumas (David); 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A burial of his cremains will be held at a later date in Savannah, GA.
