Jacob Cameron Tapley, 20, born in Jacksonville Fl, left this world on October 12, 2018. He was born to Randy Tapley and Lisa Sullivan Tapley on May 11, 1998 in Jacksonville Fl. He had a strong faith in God, and he loved his family and friends very much, especially his nephew, Gauge. He loved skateboarding and baseball. He will be remembered by his huge heart, his silly disposition, and his daredevil antics.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Mike Sullivan, and grandmother, Lynda Thomas Sullivan. He is survived by his parents, his brothers, Jamie Tapley and Jordan Golden, and his sisters, Savannah Golden and Jessica Tapley, his grandparents, Quinton and Louise Tapley, his nephew, Gauge Golden, and his great grandmother, Elsie Duvall, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

His funeral is at 2:00pm Thursday, October 18,2018 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating. Visitation begins at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Mandarin Cemetery.

He will be greatly missed by all. I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be.
