Jack D. Graves, Jr, 70 passed away July 3, 2021. He is survived by his daughter, Maria Zambo (John), his son Jonathan Graves (Ashley), and his sisters Debbie Peterson (Hosie) and Vicki McDonald (Jimmy).
Mass will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 7190 US-17, Fleming Island, FL. Graveside service to follow at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Cemetery, St. Augustine, FL.
