Ida Elizabeth Neal, 93 of Orange Park Florida passed away March 12,2026 at Lifecare of Orange Park surrounded by family. Elizabeth was born June 2, 1932, in Macon North Carolina to Garland and Louise Overby. Her husband of 72 years Billy L Neal was predeceased. She is survived by her younger Brother Alton Overby of Greensboro, NC, and her (Daughter) Judy Metzger (Son-in-Law) Donnie B. Metzger, (Son) Billy L Neal Jr. (Grandson) Donnie B Metzger (Wife) Sabina and her two Great Grandsons.

Grave side service will be at a later date held at the Family Estate in Warrenton NC.
