Harry Morton, 63, of Green Cove Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2026.

Harry was a one-of-a-kind person who lived life in his own way and left an impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a hardworking man who took great pride in his lawn business. He loved being outdoors, working with his hands, and building something of his own. His work was more than just a business—it was something he truly enjoyed and took pride in.

Harry also proudly served his country in the United States Navy, a chapter of his life that reflected his strength, dedication, and willingness to serve others.

He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Misty Erickson; his significant other, Connie Hall; his cousin, Bobby Sweat; his sister Theda Ray Williams; and many other beloved family members and friends whose lives he touched throughout the years.

Harry had his own way of doing things, and those who knew him best will remember him for exactly who he was— his personality, his stories, his hard work, and all the moments that made him uniquely Harry.

In keeping with Harry’s wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service. He wanted everyone to remember him as he was and to carry those memories with them.

Though he is no longer here, Harry’s memory will live on in the hearts of the people who loved him. May he rest peacefully and may those who knew him find comfort in remembering the life he lived and the memories he left behind.
