Frankie L. Sutherland, Sr., 67, of Green Cove Springs, FL, went to be with the Lord on March 7, 2021. He was born on February 12, 1954, in Dayton, OH, to Harmon and Lois (Mullins) Sutherland. Frankie was a resident of Clay County for more than 50 years where he worked for AA Propane before becoming disabled. Frankie was of the Pentecostal faith. He liked to fish, collect coins/antiques, go to church, cook, car shows, trips to the mountains, and most of all he loved his family. Frankie will be remembered for his generosity and helping others.
 Frankie is preceded in death by his parents, brother George, and sister Linda, and his loving wife of 49 years, Brenda. He is survived by his two sons, Frankie Sutherland Jr. and Brian Sutherland (Andrea); two daughters, Joanna Long (Jay) and Christina Dunlap (Matt); ten grandchildren; one great grandson; two brothers, John and Harmon; and two sisters, Dora and Sherry.
The family will receive friends from 2:00pm - 3:00pm on Monday, March 15, 2021 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Larry Hall officiating. Interment will follow at Penney Farms Cemetery.
