Frances E. Williams, 88, of Orange Park, FL, passed away September 5, 2017.  She was born on March 30, 1929 in Green Cove Springs, FL to parents Ira and Mary (Durban) Rivers.  She worked as a cashier in the grocery business and in her free time enjoyed embroidering, yardwork, puzzles and especially her dogs and cats. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, LeRoy Williams; daughter, Darlene Stout and great-grandson, Warren Bradford.  Survivors include her children, Elizabeth Stanfield (Edward), James Williams (Jean), Annette Lonas (Tom), Theresa Heselschwerdt (Kenny) and Mary O’Brien (Daniel); 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, September 8, 2017 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.  The family will receive friends in the chapel from 10:00 am until service time.  Interment will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
