Edward L. Miller, 81, of Middleburg, FL, passed away April 17, 2018.  He was born on September 10, 1936 in Bloomsburg, PA to the late Allen Arthur and Hattie Viola (Shaffer) Miller.  Ed came to the area in 1976 and loved bowling.  He was a member of many leagues including the All Navy Team.  He retired from the United States Navy after 24 years of honorable service and then went on to retire from Ameristeel.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Charlene Miller; son, Ralph W. Henley; daughter, Cathy A. Finney; sister-in-law, Carol Allen; grandchildren, Jennifer, Emily and Daynna; great-grandchildren, Caitie, Mackenzie and Wolf.

A memorial service with military honors will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, April 21, 2018 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.
