Donna Lee Dean, 78, of Middleburg, FL went home to be with the Lord on July 6, 2018 following a short illness. She was born on October 25, 1939 in Portland, Maine to parents Michael and Phyllis (Hatt) Minervino. Donna was a member of Black Pond Baptist Church in Middleburg where she sang in the choir. She was also a member of the American Legion. Survivors include her beloved husband, Danny Dean; sons, George Varney (Karyn), Mark Varney (Jen) and Jasen Dean (Tracy); daughters, Linda Monaghan (Don) and Christina Dean; brother, Michael Minervino (DeeDee); sisters, Cindy Hayden, Ginger Dall (John) and Delores Delorimier (Dick); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins and a loving church family. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2018 at Black Pond Baptist Church, 3644 Old Jennings Rd., Middleburg, FL 32068 with Rev. Charlie Hunt and Rev. Jason Brown officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m. Mrs. Dean will be laid to rest in the church cemetery at a later date.
