Donald Edward Johnson of Middleburg, FL died March 13, 2020. Born March 9, 1946 in Winnfield, LA, Don was a proud decorated veteran having served from April 1963 to August 1992 as Sr. Chief Petty Officer on the Midway, Saratoga, and Forrestal during Korea, Vietnam and Persian Gulf.

He is survived by his children, Donald Johnson of Reno, NV, Sharon Britt Johnson of Magnolia, CA and Robert Johnson of Middleburg, FL, seven grandchildren and a loving companion, Ruby Lauramore.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, May 1, 2020 at Jacksonville National Cemetery with military honors rendered.
