Deborah L. West, 66, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on November 6, 2022.  She was born on January 6, 1956, in Houston, TX to the late William R. and Beverly (Kessner) Riggins.  She moved to the area in 1993, was of the Charismatic-Christian faith and enjoyed fishing and camping.

Deborah is survived by her sons, Michael Anthony Holmes and Jeremiah Robert Tigner; brothers, Randall Wayne Riggins and Ronald Riggins; sister, Karen Ann Loyd; grandson, Jeremiah Robert Tigner II; niece, Sarah Loyd; nephew, Aaron Loyd; lifemate, James May, his family and various good friends.

A gathering for family and friends will be held from 3:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, November 12, 2022, in the Broadus-Raines Chapel.
