Debbie was born to Paige Leroy Chilson and Margaret V. Bliss Chilson on February 29th, 1956.  Debbie has been married to Robert Ladell Carney for 47 years. She enjoyed reading, playing Pokémon Go and loved horses and dolphins.  Debbie also loved and cherished her 5 grandsons Jarrell Lestrick, Jerry Gray, Devan Carney, Bobby Gray and Quinten Brown.  She was preceded in death by brother Paige Chilson Jr and sister Arline C Young. Debbie is survived by Stepmother Rita Chilson, sister Barbara Putnam, brothers Jesse Chilson and Ronald Chilson, sisters Donna Colucci, Dawn Corbett and Faye Wadlington and her daughters Jolene Gray and Roxanne Carney. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Ronnie Surrency officiating. The family will receive friends in the church from 1:00 pm until service time.  Burial will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
