Deanna Marie Burton, 61, of Green Cove Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully in her home on November 3rd, 2025, with family by her side. She was born on May 10th, 1964, in Goldsboro, North Carolina and later made Jacksonville, Florida her home, where she grew up and graduated from Wolfson High School.

Deanna was a devoted stay-at-home mom and a loving wife whose life centered around caring for those she loved. She was happily married to her soulmate, Jon Bryan Burton, for 41 wonderful years, building a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering partnership.

She was the proud mother of Bo, Chelsey, and Amanda, and the adoring grandmother of Alexus, Dominick, Illyanna, Riley, Avery, and soon-to-arrive Sadie in December.

Deanna was known for her gentle kindness, quiet strength, and her deep love for nature. She had a true green thumb and found joy in gardening, tending to her plants, and spending peaceful moments outdoors. She also enjoyed coloring and cherished every moment she spent with her family. Her life was defined by compassion, patience, and the steady support she gave to everyone around her. 

A memorial service will be held in the Broadus-Raines Chapel on Saturday, December 6th, 2025 at 11:00am with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.
