Dale passed away May 1, 2025 in the Orange Park Medical Center at the age of 85.

He was born to William and Helen Holm on November 10, 1939 in Milwaukee, WI.

Dale was a teacher for the Canton City Ohio School System and retired in 1993.

He became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on April 30, 2001 when he joined Dover, OH Lodge #707. Dale received his Fellowship degree on 6/30/2007 and his Pilgrim degree on 5/25/2013. He was a member of the 25 Club and sponsored 153 members in his lifetime.

Dale came to Moosehaven on September 25, 2019.

He is survived by his sister Kris Boots and niece Amy Nelson of Bridgeton, MO and nephew Damon Nelson of St. Louis, MO.
