Cynthia Marie Neilen born July 5, 1956 in Saratoga Springs, New York passed away peacefully on March 3, 2018. Cindy was the daughter of the late Stanley V. Eddy and Frances Eddy LaPlante (Everette LaPlante). She is survived by her son Andrew (Vickie), four grandchildren Drew, Adriana, Juliana, and Mya, two sisters, Denise (Dale Hoffman) and Sharron (Mike Cataldo), a brother Stanley V. Eddy III. She was married to Jeff Neilen and leaves behind several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Cindy was a caring and loving person, who put others needs first. She loved life and was always smiling. She had a positive attitude. She enjoyed sitting on the beach on a gorgeous day and spending time with her grandchildren. She worked most of her life caring for mentally challenged persons and with her son in his pizza shops. She will be lovingly remembered by all whose paths she crossed.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm Sunday, March 11, 2018 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Nathan Freeman officiating.
