Claudette Cook Schoolcraft, 71, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025. She was born on March 24, 1954 in McDowell County, WV to parents Norris Cook and Mavis Vanover. MS. Schoolcraft was a retired nurse. She enjoyed spending time with her long-term partner Robert Buckhalter and all of her other loved ones. She had a very good sense of humor and was very kind-hearted to people and animals. She is survived by her son, Joseph (Susan) Justice; brothers, Frank Cook and Patrick (Tina) Nutter; sister, Eloise Blankenship; grandson, Logan Justice; as well as numerous nephews and nieces; She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Randall Cook, William Cook and Ole Cook and sisters Lynn Stallsmith and Rowena Cook, as well as her grandson Logan Justice and numerous nephews and nieces. There will be a private service in North Springs, WV on October 18th, 2025.
