Christopher Blair Ervie, 47, passed away on November 13, 2019. He was born to Diane Vogel and Dennis Vogel on July 9, 1972 in Springfield, Missouri. He graduated from Wolfson High School. Engaged to Faith Mogk. He loved fishing, renovating our home, cooking, listening and dancing to loud music. He will be remembered for his huge gentle, caring and loving heart.

Chris worked at Woodchucks Furniture doing what he loved working with wood and reviving the life back into the furniture when others thought the worst, he always saw the beauty. 

He is survived by his mother, Diane Vogel; fiancé, Faith Mogk and children Alyssa, Andrew, Brooke and Jayde; his grandchildren, sister and brother. 

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Friday, November 22, 2019 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel and a celebration of Chris's life will follow at 4676 Chesapeake Ln, Jacksonville, FL 32257 at 3:00 pm.
