Charlotte Rose Olinger, Sr, 95, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away January 4, 2020. She was born July 8, 1924 in Athens, GA to the late Thomas and Patty (Dickens) Mathews.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Donesa Judy Moore.
Charlotte is survived by her son, John W. Olinger, JR (Janet); daughter, Patsey J. Williams; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren.
