Charles Bell

Charles passed away February 15, 2026 in the Orange Park Medical Center at the age of 72.

He was born to William and Nancy Bell on October 18, 1953 in San Rafael, CA

Charles worked at ARC in Reprographis retiring in 2010.

He married Carol Ann Tueney on November 16, 1974 in San Mateo, CA.

Charles became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on September 13, 1989 when he joined Sunnyvale, CA Lodge #2049. He received his Fellowship degree on September 9, 1995 and his Pilgrim degree of Merit on May 24, 2003. He was a member of the 25 Club and sponsored 157 members in his lifetime.

Charlie was administrator of Lodge #2049 for many years before moving to Moosehaven.

Charles and his wife, Carol Ann came to Moosehaven on June 26, 2024.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann of Moosehaven, Orange Park, FL, daughter Shannon (Danny) Robly, granddaughter Heide and son, Dominik of Torrance, CA. His son Timothy (T.J.) (Melanie) Bell and grandson Zachary from Tampa, FL. Sister in law Betsy Ireland of Moosehaven, Orange Park, FL.

Charlie will be remembered for his love of the Moose, friends from all over the United States, his wonderful sense of humor and his devotion to the Moose and all that he stands for. He will definitely be missed by all who knew him.
