Catherine Carter Sellers, 83, of Clay Hill, FL, passed away June 8, 2017.  She was born on May 7, 1934.  Mrs. Sellers was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking for her family, raising her chickens and watching old TV shows.  She was an honorary member of the Clay County Cattlemen’s Association.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, George “Buster” Clifton Carter and Cecil Sellers.  Survivors include her children, Joyce Carter Spencer, George David Carter (Lisa), Steve Allen Carter, Jerry Carter, Bruce Alan Carter and step-son, Clifton Hatcher; grandchildren, Curt Spencer, Terina Spencer, Sebrina Spencer Burris, Jodi McKnight, Joshua Carter, Jerrod Carter, Robert Rose, Jesse Carter and Renee Harrington and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Clay Hill Church of God of Prophecy with Bishop Billy R. Canterbury officiating.  The family will receive friends in the church from 10:00 am until service time.  Interment will follow in Long Branch Cemetery.
